We are seeking a dedicated Project Reporting Coordinator to support our engineering and construction operations in Saudi Arabia. This role is vital for maintaining the administrative integrity and operational efficiency of our project sites, ensuring all reporting and documentation meet corporate standards.
- Provide comprehensive day-to-day support to the project team and manage workflow expediting.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of project status, scheduling requirements, and operational procedures.
- Coordinate the development of site-specific Project Management Plans and manage digital and physical filing systems.
- Oversee office facility services and manage access permissions for shared project drives and websites.
- Perform professional administrative duties including document transcription, records management, and data gathering for billing purposes.
- Organize meeting schedules, travel accommodations, and car rentals for project personnel.
- Assist with personnel onboarding, time sheet completion, and both internal and external project audits.
The successful candidate will have at least five years of project administration experience within the Engineering and Construction sector. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) is required, while Oracle experience is considered a significant advantage. Applicants must possess strong organizational skills, a professional demeanor, and a valid driver’s license. Bilingual communication skills are preferred.
